[collapse collapsed class="style1" title="Individual Waiver Form"]
Once your group has registered, each delegate (including Advisors) must complete the Individual Waiver Form. Be sure they carefully read the Release and Assumption of Risk--Alcohol and Drug Policy section of the form before signing the Individual Waiver Form.
Completed forms can be emailed as a group attachment to raconference@uni.edu with subject line: “School Name, Individual Waivers”. If preferred, completed forms can be turned in at conference check-in. Every person must have a signed form to turn in.

[collapse collapsed class="style1" title="Check-in Information"]
Check-in will be at Towers Center on the second floor. If you require the use of an elevator, please enter on the East side closer to Dancer Hall. To help maintain a steady flow of traffic, please only send 1-3 people as representatives to check-in. You will receive keys and your SWAG items for each delegate at check-in but you will not be staying in this space, so please do not bring in any luggage at this time. Any forms not turned in digitally as explained above should be brought to check-in.

We have more to share with you.
Whether a past delegate or a newcomer to the conference, let us help you navigate the different things you’ll need to know in preparation for your arrival.
Wifi on Campus
Our campus uses EDUROAM for our wifi network. Many campuses across the country are also part of this network. If you come from an EDUROAM campus, you can connect automatically just as if you were on your home campus. If you do not come from a campus that uses EDUROAM, you will follow the steps in the link provided to gain guest access. Find out if your campus uses EDUROAM.
I have EDUROAM on my home campus:
UNI has added the EDUROAM wifi network to our system, which allows anyone with a device at an EDUROAM institution to access the wifi network without needing additional login credentials. Simply select EDUROAM from your wifi list.
I do not have EDUROAM on my home campus:
Follow these step-by-step instructions to gain access to EDUROAM.
