2026 RA Conference

Friday, January 30 to Sunday, February 1, 2026

Registration to be submitted by an advisor or institution representative.

Registration Fees:
RAs staying on campus = $130
Advisors and RAs staying off-campus = $110
Graduate School/Assistantship Tabling = $100

Institutions can register a maximum of 12 delegates. Please note the alternates submitted must match gender to gender with the delegates inputted. The deadline to swap an alternate for a delegate is January 2 and must be communicated to the Registration Chair.

You will need the following information for each advisor, delegate and alternate delegate:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Pronouns (optional)
  • Email Address
  • Cell Phone Number
  • Gender
  • Sweatshirt Size
  • Dietary Accommodations
  • Housing Accommodations

Once you have completed the Delegate Information Form, save it with the following title format: Delegate Information-School Name-Full Date.

Example: Delegate Information-University of Northern Iowa-10.01.23

A max of 6 delegates will be housed in a lounge, and could have more than one institution's delegates assigned to that lounge depending on numbers.

Advisors should ensure they communicate to their delegates what they have determined for this question as it impacts their housing.

For example, this could include gender-neutral room accommodation requests
For example, students who use a wheelchair, students who utilize an interpreter, students with severe environmental allergies, etc.
