2024 RA Conference

Registration to be submitted by an advisor or institution representative.

Registration Fees:
RAs staying on campus = $110
Advisors and RAs staying off-campus = $90

Institutions can register a maximum of 13 delegates. Please note the alternates submitted must match gender to gender with the delegates inputted. The deadline to swap an alternate for a delegate is January 2 and must be communicated to the Registration Chair.

You will indicate any accommodations on the registration form.

Once you have completed the Delegate Information Form, save it with the following title format: Delegate Information-School Name-Full Date.

Student delegations who stay on campus are traditionally housed in lounges. This provides flexibility for hosting your delegation. Would you want your delegation to be all in one lounge, regardless of gender, or would you like your delegation separated by gender?

Delegations who stay on campus are traditionally housed in a lounge with community bathrooms on the floor. Do any of your delegates require adjustments or changes to their on-campus housing?
