Residence hall and room type is based on purpose and duration of stay. All halls are smoke-free facilities.

Reservation Process

Complete the online reservation form.
Once the individual reservation form has been submitted, a confirmation will be sent to the email provided.
The email confirmation will include the space type and assignment, along with a link for payment. Prepayment is required.
Upon receipt of payment, space is reserved and our housing department will prepare for your arrival.
The room includes bed linens, towel, soap and cup. Washcloths and blankets are available upon request in the hall office at no charge.
For special accommodations, please make note on the reservation form.
Reservations must be made at least two business days in advance of arrival.
