Most first-year students choose to live in a double room with a roommate; however, most traditional dorms have single room options depending on hall and occupancy levels. RATES AND AMENITIES Bender, Dancer*, Hagemann, Noehren, Rider, Shull* Halls Rate includes: Utilities (electric, gas, water) Laundry & wireless internet Furniture (e.g. loft, mattress, desk, chair) Secure ID card exterior access Staff on-call, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year The full on-campus experience, including organized activities & events! Room Type Double Room (base rate) Single Room (base rate +) Cost Per Academic Year $4,984 +$1,246 Rates are per person. Housing is reserved by the academic year, or by semester as permitted by the Housing & Dining department and are paid for by the semester. All housing remains open during break periods (fall, winter and spring break). 12-month continuous housing is also available in select dorms. Students living in the traditional dorms can select from the All-Access and Block 220 meal plans. *All rooms in Dancer Hall and Shull Hall are singles. Suites offer access to a private bathroom. Many of our second-year students choose to live in this style of housing.
