Housing Rates
Traditional Dorm
The traditional-style residence halls house a mixture of first-year and upper division students. Most first-year students choose to live in a double room with a roommate; however, most traditional dorms have single room options depending on hall and occupancy levels.

- Utilities (electric, gas, water)
- Laundry & wireless internet
- Furniture (e.g. loft, mattress, desk, chair)
- Secure ID card access & staff on-call, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year
- The full on-campus experience, including organized activities & events!

Rates are per person. Housing is reserved by the academic year, or by semester as permitted by the Housing & Dining department and are paid for by the semester. All housing remains open during break periods (fall, winter and spring break). 12-month continuous housing is also available in select halls.
Students living in the traditional dorms can select from the All-Access and Block 220 meal plans.
*All rooms in Dancer Hall and Shull Hall are singles.

Suite-Style Dorm
We have one residence hall that features a combination of traditional and suite-style rooms. Suites offer access to a private bathroom. Many of our second-year students choose to live in this style of housing.

All-Access Meal Plan
This plan offers great value and flexibility for however you like to eat – three squares, many small meals throughout the day or to graze. Includes an unlimited number of meals in the dining centers, along with Dining Dollars and Flex+ for those times when you’re on the go, or want to treat a friend to a meal! Flex+ can be used as a Guest Pass or a Retail Swipe.

All-Access Meal Plans
Choose between the Everyday or Weekday All-Access plans. The Everyday plan includes an unlimited number of meals in the dining centers, Monday-Sunday; the Weekday All-Access Plan includes an unlimited number of meals in the dining centers, Monday-Friday. Both include Dining Dollars and Flex+ for those times when you’re on the go, or want to treat a friend to a meal! Flex+ can be used as a Guest Pass or a Retail Swipe.
Block 15 and Block 120 Meal Plans
Meals by the semester! Do you like to eat in the dining center, or are you more of a food court diner? The Block Plans provide options for both! The Block 15 Plan loads you up with Dining Dollars to be used for food and beverage purchases in our retail locations, while still allowing for about one meal per week in the dining center. The Block 120 Plan provides nearly eight meals per week in the dining centers and enough Dining Dollars to grab a few coffees each week in one of our retail stores.
Weekly 5 Meal Plan
Meals by the week! Get yourself one good meal each day in the dining centers and then fill the rest of your week with delicious meals from one of our retail locations with your Dining Dollars. NOTE: The Weekly 5 resets each Thursday night; unused meals do not carry over to the next week.

Booster Packs
All meal plan holders have the option to customize their plan through the purchase of a Booster Pack. Booster Packs can be added at any time - so load up if you find yourself running low!
