There are a very limited number of studio apartments within Panther Village. All of the studio apartments are handicap accessible. Studios come standard with a loft, desk/chair, dresser, chair, dining room table, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Students can choose to bring additional furniture and other room essentials.

There are a limited number of 2BD apartments within Panther Village. Apartments come standard with a couch, chair, end tables, bar stools, microwave, stove and refrigerator. Students can choose to bring additional furniture and other room essentials.

Located in PV1, the lobby area is a great community space for students to gather. It is just off of the hall office and adjacent to the rec room.

Located in PV1 off of the main lobby, the rec room offers students an area to play pool, foosball, ping pong or just watch tv and socialize.

Located in PV1, the fitness room features a nice selection of workout equipment for Panther Village residents.

There is a laundry room on each floor within both Panther Village buildings. Laundry is included as part of room and board. Students can utilize Wash Alert to look for open machines and check when cycles are complete.
