Dancer Hall
Welcome to Dancer Hall.
Dancer Hall, part of the “Towers”, was built in 1969 and stands 12 stories tall on the north side of campus. One of UNI’s traditional residence halls, it houses mostly upper division students in single rooms and is home to Transfer, First-Year Experience and Returner Residential Communities. Meal plans are required for students who live in Dancer Hall with easy access to Rialto dining center and Towers Center, as it is connected by skywalk. (Please note that for safety reasons, air conditioners cannot be installed.)
Residential Communities
First-Year Experience
These communities house first-year students (new to college) and help enhance entering students’ transition to UNI while creating a peer reference group, academic experience and enhancing students’ academic and social success.
Returner
These communities provide an opportunity for our returning, second-year+ students to interact with other upper division students, live in a supportive environment and collaborate in their studies.
Transfer
This community provides an excellent opportunity for new transfer students to the University to live in a supportive environment, learn from one another and collaborate in their studies.
