Shull Hall
Welcome to Shull Hall.
Shull Hall was built in 1964 and sits on the south side of campus as part of the “Quads”. One of UNI’s traditional residence halls, it is home to a mix of both first-year and upper division students living in First-Year, Transfer and Returner Residential Communities. Shull is a mixed gender hall, where students live in single rooms. Meal plans are required for students who live in Shull Hall with easy access to Piazza dining center and Redeker Center, as it is connected by skywalk.
Residential Communities
First-Year Experience
These communities house first-year students (new to college) and help enhance entering students’ transition to UNI while creating a peer reference group, academic experience and enhancing students’ academic and social success.
Returner
These communities provide an opportunity for our returning, second-year+ students to interact with other upper division students, live in a supportive environment and collaborate in their studies.
Transfer
This community provides an excellent opportunity for new transfer students to the University to live in a supportive environment, learn from one another and collaborate in their studies.
