Jennings Court Apartments

Welcome to Jennings Court.

Jennings Court Apartments offer on-campus convenience in a beautiful setting on the south side of the University of Northern Iowa campus. Each of these apartments are fully furnished, 2-bedroom, 1-bath units with kitchens equipped with an electric stove and a refrigerator; bathrooms have a tub/shower unit, sink, toilet and medicine cabinet; floors are vinyl tiled; and mini-blinds are in all units. To be eligible, students must have at least one year post high school experience (2nd year+ student). Meal plans are optional.
